Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Service, maintenance, and modifications for Imaging Equipment at customer sites. 
  • Establish an excellent customer relationship.
  • Manage the installation schedule with our sales team.
  • Installation of all laser capture microdissection (LCM) microscopes
  • Product Commercialization Process, Product Development Process, & Practical Process Improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish business cases to improve the value of our product line.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum technical degree or equivalent experience 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Fusion, SolidWorks, CRM software, Google Workspace Suite & Microsoft Office.
  • 3+ years of field service experience is needed 
  • Previous experience with imaging equipment 
  • Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment 
  • Strong electronics and computer background needed 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment 
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required 
  • Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting 
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification
  • Willing to work different shifts as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required
