We are searching for a driven and experienced Sales Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in generating new leads and driving sales of our industry-leading digital solutions. You will be a single contributor, leveraging your expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies in the retail and manufacturing sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Fortune 500 landscape.
  • Prospect, connect with, and build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to tailor sales strategies for optimal impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales experience.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a B2B, B2C and/or D2C environment.
  • Extensive experience selling digital solutions to Fortune 500 companies (Bonus points for experience selling digital transformation services, customer experience solutions, eCommerce solutions, or digital product development).
  • In-depth understanding of the retail and/or manufacturing industries (Bonus points for experience in both).
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and forecasting.
