Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work directly with key stakeholders and acquisition leaders to ensure a seamless migration to SAP S/4 HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionalities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will excel in their career, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and be adept at operating within the SAP space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders and acquisition leaders to understand their business requirements and ensure they are aligned with the SAP S/4 HANA migration objectives. Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business processes, requirements, and user needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the existing business processes and propose SAP S/4 HANA solutions to address them.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system. Develop user manuals and training materials as needed. Assist in post-go-live hyper care alongside the training manager.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, configurations, and project progress. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Operational Functions: Operate across all functions of Business Analyst work within the SAP space. Perform administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and aligning with all stakeholders to ensure they understand the system.
  • CPQ and FSM: Ensure comprehensive understanding of CPQ and FSM within the S/4 HANA Suite.
  • ALM Tool Usage: Utilize ALM, the project management tool, for planning, tracking, and managing project activities.
  • Career Development: Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in your career.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA modules, including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD). Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work well with people from cross functional teams.
  • ALM Tool Proficiency: Experience with using ALM as a project management tool.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in the acquisition and merger process.
  • Experience in the SAP Activate methodology
