Job Overview: You will be responsible for overall office management to ensure the success of the business. This position is full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday with an hour for lunch. You will have your own office.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Record daily financial transactions, including sales and purchases

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts

· Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.

· Work closely with front office staff on Service Estimates, DMV forms, etc.

· Communicate with customers via email correspondence.

· Maintain employee records.

· Provide Human Resources duties as needed.

· Prepare financial job cost analysis for the vehicles and the auctions.

· Prepare various government forms throughout the year and ensure compliance.

· Provide administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and skills:

· Proficient with QuickBooks

· Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Good communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in an automotive dealership and/or service facility would be a plus.
