Are you an ambitious Premed graduate in your gap year, current Premed student, or recent college graduate, looking to step into the world of dermatology and cosmetics? We are looking for hire a Pre-med Medical Assistant for a dermatology & cosmetics center in Beverly hills, CA. We are looking for Premed Candidates who dream of becoming dermatologists or looking to get hands-on clinic experience and training before entering Medical School.


MA will perform the following duties:

  1. Medical Assistant Duties:
  • Assist medical professionals in examinations and treatments
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Perform basic lab tests and administrative tasks as required
  1. Reception Duties:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  1. Social Media & Website Development:
  • Manage the company's social media profiles, including content creation and scheduling
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and feedback
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
  • You will also be asked to complete various day to day tasks on an as needed basis
