Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with regional customers to source raw products, consolidate them, and manage all logistics from start to finish. You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of information, resolving any issues, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, effective communication, and a proactive mindset.


Essential Duties:

  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot issues with orders as they arise, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Track orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer relationships by meeting expectations and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and troubleshoot quality issues when necessary.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Transportation, Production, Shipping, QA) and other regions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update trade agreements and pricing based on market trends.


Qualifications:

  • Proven history of developing and managing customer service-focused programs.
  • Experience in agricultural market and sales environment is a plus.


Requirements:

  • Ability to manage customer relationships through creative problem-solving and proactive communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
