PeopleSoft Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Houston, TX

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and executing PeopleSoft Supply Chain projects, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers to define project goals, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide status reports.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and user guides for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management within a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of healthcare supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certifications:
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.
