Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Landscape Manager at Coastal Landscapes, Inc located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Landscape Manager will be responsible for overseeing landscape installation, grading, crew management, and landscape construction projects. The role will involve some travel (within driving distance) planning, organizing, and supervising the daily operations of the landscape team, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Bonuses available based on performance.

  • General irrigation knowledge
  • Landscape Construction skills
  • Grading experience
  • Experience in planning and overseeing landscape projects
  • Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques
