Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct a team of landscape maintenance personnel, assigning duties, providing training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, upkeep of equipment, and inventory management for commercial sites.
  • Uphold high standards for all landscape maintenance services provided to commercial clients.
  • Engage with clients effectively, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Assess labor and material requirements for landscape maintenance tasks.
  • Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Operate various landscape machinery and tools.
  • Perform hands-on landscape maintenance activities as necessary, such as mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching.
  • Assist with landscape construction projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance techniques.
  • Proficient in operating a range of landscape equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
