Administrative - Data Entry Clerk I

College Station, TX – 5 days onsite

W2 position


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
  • Check source documents for accuracy
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Update data
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
  • Transcribe information into required electronic format
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Comply with data integrity policy


Daily Tasks will be:

1. CVE Forwardable moves until we move off current print vendor

2. CVE Manual address matching

3. CNA daily file formatting

a. Transactional states file prep

b. Splitting of BOB states file prep

4. CVE Missing Files daily review and outreach

5. CVA File monitoring
