Working Hours:
Part-time position 11am-3pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address billing inquiries and resolve any issues.
Process utility payments, including cash handling, checks, and electronic transactions.
Prepare and distribute utility bills to customers accurately and timely.
Maintain and update customer account information in the billing system.
Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist with the preparation of monthly billing reports and statements.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations and resolve discrepancies.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
