Responsibilities include managing meeting room reservations, handling booking requirements, addressing customer service inquiries, and facilitating communication with the front and back office teams.


Pay: $28-35HR DOE

Hours: Monday through Friday 9AM -5PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet & Greet all employees and visitors
  • Ensure all guest and client needs are attended to in a welcoming manner, and that their needs are proactively, promptly, and expertly addressed.
  • Responsible for phones, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
  • Prepares reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint
  • Schedule and arrange calls and conference room bookings.
  • Inform client or guest of Wi-Fi services
  • Arrange for administrative and logistical support for clients and staff as related to the conference room and meeting needs
  • Orders & maintains supplies, coordinates maintenance calls

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or concierge for professional services required
  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Conference Room Booking Software preferred
  • At least 1 year of office/conference room management experience
  • A professional phone and greeting etiquette
