Position Overview:

As a Supervisor, you will be an integral part of MCM’s retail leadership team. The Selling Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge, build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. The Selling Supervisor is expected to be the link between the management team and the sales associates and assist in performing a wide range of functions from maintaining a clientele book, to merchandising the sales floor, and motivate employees on objectives sales to exceed goals.


The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, friendly with excellent customer service skills. Possess at least two years previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support store manager with management and coordination of the daily operations of the store.

• Perform functions such as opening/closing, checking in merchandise and preparing and making deposits as needed.

• Supervises sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing while adhering to cash protection procedures.

• Coach sales staff.

• Engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assists Store Manager with operational excellence.

Experience & Key Competencies:

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in similar role.

• Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.

• Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office.
