We are looking for a seasoned, tenacious, critical-thinking production lead/program manager to oversee multiple aspects of client events and programs. You will ensure that goals and objectives are met while being a beacon of operational awesomeness. We are looking for someone to create the vision for success and then manage the blueprint. You will oversee the production process from start to finish and contribute to the project throughout.


We are known to create both in-person and virtual events that are engaging. All details are fully thought through so that each event experience is seamless.


You’re a great fit if this sounds like you…

  • Have several years of producer and/or project management experience at an event company, marketing agency, experiential shop or on the client-side
  • Have experience with all aspects of event production (venue research, negotiating contracts, development of registration process, logistics, development timelines, content and creative development, site visits, etc.)
  • Have automotive training, PR and/or consumer event experience
  • Have overseen both in-person and virtual events
  • Have web-based training development experience
  • Are a confident leader and can develop a strong team
  • Constantly have your finger on the pulse of what’s now and what’s next
  • Crazy attention to detail, without being crazy (or at least not too crazy)
  • Have unshakable positivity from the moment you wake up
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit—ability to work independently and with your team
  • Have the drive, resilience and creativity to do whatever it takes to get it done
  • Operate from a place of yes we can
  • Are proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote and other industry-related technologies

  • Create and oversee budgets, maintaining consistency across projects
  • Manage client invoicing
  • Develop strong production team ensuring producers are adhering to processes
  • Keep clients updated on program status with open communication
  • Anticipate needs and wants of clients - answer questions before asked
  • Maintain established profitability goals
  • Plan and lead client meetings both in person and via conference calls
  • Contribute to program design and solution
  • Understand event objectives, client brand and client personalities
  • Set and maintain tone for the team - always calm under pressure
  • Travel can vary and may be up to 30-40% (dependent upon client event schedule and current health guidelines)
