Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior Director to manage budget and exceed site’s operational, financial and study targets
  • Cultivate a dynamic and high-performing team environment.
  • Manage the performance of site staff, ensure all site staff complete required training
  • Implement innovative strategies to expand research capabilities and maximize results.
  • Oversee patient recruitment plan. Collaborating with external vendors to aid a successful patient recruitment and enrolment strategy.
  • Guarantee adherence to rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure the conduct of the study and collection of patient data is in accordance with ICH GCP and company SOPs
  • Foster robust communication channels with stakeholders, sponsors and CROs for optimal collaboration.
  • Drive business growth through impactful development initiatives.
  • Oversee site financial reporting and invoicing processes for seamless operations.
  • Ensure meticulous oversight of regulatory documentation and compliance.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Advanced degree recommended.
  • Proven track record with 3+ years of clinical management experience.
  • Dynamic leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
  • Extensive expertise in clinical research, ensuring project success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for efficient operations.
