About the Role

The Site Director will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring optimal conduct of studies, maintaining protocol compliance, and meeting clinical data quality standards.

This is a hands-on and strategic leadership position that requires a strong understanding of clinical research operations and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a site from a hands-on and strategic level
  • Manage budgets, oversee recruitment and outreach initiatives, and engage with clients
  • Ensure optimal conduct of studies, maintaining protocol compliance, meeting clinical data quality standards, optimizing operational flow, and continuous monitoring/oversight of clinical trial operations
Requirements
  • 5+ years Clinical Research experience at the site level
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Willingness to work on site M-F
