Network Administrator

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.


Duration: 6+ month contract (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $70-80/hr.

Hours: 8am-5pm

Onsite/Remote: 50% at Client sites (within the Simi Valley area), 50% in office (Simi Valley, CA)


Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years of experience within network engineering coming with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • CCNA preferred
  • Must be comfortable in a Traditional CISCO & Meraki environment
  • LAN/WAN necessary iOS familiarity
  • Strong working knowledge of technologies surrounding a network infrastructure
  • VMware virtual environments, specifically networking
  • Working with firewalls
  • Self-starters with a good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a desire to come up with the best solutions for our clients
  • Commitment to achieve additional vendor specific certifications
  • Experience with wireless access points and controllers
  • Great customer service skills
