Summary:
Pinnacle Group seeks a dynamic Associate Client Partner to join our team, supporting a Fortune 500 financial services enterprise in Charlotte. As an integral member, you will spearhead lead generation efforts for US accounts, consistently securing Statements of Work (SOWs) weekly within the staffing industry. If you possess a proven sales track record, excel in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about driving business growth, we want you on our team.
Job Description:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Charlotte market, prioritizing lead generation for staffing services and SOWs.
- Conduct in-person meetings, walking the halls, and engaging with managers to further develop client relationships and identify opportunities.
- Execute lead generation strategies, including cold messaging, cold calling, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals aligning with client objectives.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

- Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
