Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and control the production schedule (coordinating with planners, maintenance, tooling, and processing teams).

  • Analyze production and quality data to detect and correct problems.
  • Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports.

  • Ensure efficient collaboration between other departments.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within your team, while coaching / engaging with hourly employees
