Job Summary:

The Production Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment team, ensuring the efficient packing and preparation of skincare product shipments. This role will involve managing a team of six production assistants, coordinating shipments, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timelines are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of six production assistants to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Daily Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.

- Shipment Coordination: Manage the packing and preparation of skincare product shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet shipping deadlines and customer demands.

- Quality Control: Ensure all products are packed and shipped according to company standards and customer specifications.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials and products.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on production and shipment metrics to inform decision-making.

- Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing training and development opportunities for team members.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.


Education:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management or three years of experience in a related field is preferred.

- Bilingual is a plus
