Job Description

Are you ready to explore new horizons and embrace the ever-changing world of social media? At Esque, we believe that livestream is the future of social media. We are looking for a talented Social Media Intern to support our TikTok Creator Management team on TikTok. In this role, you will contribute to growing our company’s official TikTok account (@esque_agency), devise social media strategies, host livestream sessions, manage creators, and assist in community development. We are looking for both full time and part time candidates.


Responsibilities

  1. Schedule and publish social media content on TikTok to enhance our company's online presence.
  2. Create engaging content for our official TikTok account.
  3. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new TikTok live creators.
  4. Host and coordinate live streaming sessions to recruit talent, increase exposure, and connect with creators.
  5. Support in the management of community building initiatives.
  6. Foster a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration within our team and the creator community. 


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; preferably with 1-2 years of prior work in social media.
  2. Proficiency in English, with the ability to use professional and articulate language.
  3. Proficiency in using video editing software like Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
  4. Ability to create compelling posters and visual content.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas logically and clearly.
  6. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  7. Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
