Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects. Review and approve design work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Identify and resolve any workflow issues.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
  • Ability and experience being a player coach.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
