We live in an era trending towards the access economy with highly mobile lifestyles. Ownership of expensive, underutilized assets is considered burdensome where services such as transportation and dining can be ordered on demand. So why do we live in the stone-age when it comes to sharing rental property? Our per-bedroom leases redefine what it means to find a home anywhere in the world. We make shared housing as easy as booking an Uber or an Airbnb.
- We are looking for a goal driven and self-motivated sales representative to focus on new business development within our Raleigh-Durham & Atlanta portfolio. This position will play a critical role for the growth of units in our community.

• Hunter. A persistent sales professional who will stop at nothing to live out Alcove's mission to enable shared housing in any home.
Responsibilities
• Research: Use Hubspot, Front, Justcall and Alcove's internal tools to build a robust pipeline of leads for inside sales. Evaluate and prioritize leads based on growth potential and repeat business. Make decisions on opportunities to increase growth, company metrics, and supply of properties.
• Outreach: Handle 10-30 inbound calls daily, showcasing Alcove's model and maintaining client interest. Engage and follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text platforms.
• Close: Manage a listing process with partners taking into consideration circumstantial specific leasing conditions and requirements. Follow up with leads and close opportunities.
• Build Relationship: Cultivate and expand relationships with real estate investors. Provide quantitative insights in shared housing returns and opportunities, ensuring sustained portfolio growth of through Alcove.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience (B2B Sales, Real estate brokerage, inbound/ outbound sales or account management)
• Bachelor’s degree with strong track record of leadership and collaboration
• Real Estate broker license preferred (not required)
