BDC Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
  • Logging customer details and comments in the system.
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
  • Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure that they are happy with our service.
  • Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
  • Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership, as needed.
 BDC Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficient with computer and the Internet
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
