Responsibilities
- Conduct driving lessons for learners of all ages and skill levels, focusing on building confidence and mastering safe driving techniques.
- Assess students' driving abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and progress.
- Teach defensive driving strategies and ensure adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
- Administer written and practical driving tests to evaluate students' readiness for obtaining a driver's license.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson schedules.
- Stay updated on changes to driving laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide relevant information to students.
Qualifications
- Valid California Driving License. {We help to obtain Instructor License from DMV.}
- Proven experience as a driving instructor or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with students of varying skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Clean driving record and a commitment to promoting road safety.
