This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, experience in photo + video, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. Effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential for success in this position. 


Must be willing to travel.


Minimum of 3 years experience shooting and editing photo/video. 


Role and Responsibilities:


1. **Content Creation**: 

   - Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) targeting Gen Z audience.

   - Utilize creative thinking to conceptualize and execute innovative content ideas, including photo, video, and graphics.

   - Capture high-quality visual content through photography and videography, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to all branded + company guidelines.


2. **Editing and Post-Production**:

   - Edit and enhance raw footage to produce polished and professional videos for social media distribution.

   - Apply sound design, music to enhance the overall quality of content.


3. **Social Media Strategy**:

   - Collaborate with the branded/talent management teams to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives.

   - Research industry trends, platform updates, and audience preferences for all channels

   - Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and user-generated content to leverage in brand storytelling.


4. **Content Calendar**:

   - Develop and maintain a content calendar outlining the schedule for social media posts, ensuring a consistent and strategic presence across platforms.

   - Coordinate with internal teams to align content creation and distribution with branded projects and other company initiatives.

   - Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar, optimizing posting times for maximum reach and engagement.


6. **Performance Analysis**:

   - Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the performance of social media content.

   - Generate regular reports summarizing performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
