Location: Vernon Hills IL 60061 (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
Duration: 12 months
Customer Order Management is responsible for reviewing inventory levels on products and managing and expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory, account ordering and sales history. Demonstrates working knowledge of product features and how products are used in customers' businesses.
- Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures.
- Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment and post-sales service.
- Addresses and resolves moderately complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Communicates information on products and orders professionally to sales and customers. Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs. Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities.
- Works with moderate supervision/guidance; accountable for individual results and impact on team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree. College Degree Preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Windows-based applications: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat; strong EXCEL skills.
