Pay Rate: $70k to $120k annually based upon experience
Direct Hire Opportunity
Responsibilites:
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and are within established budget.
- Create plans, budget, and schedule.
- Work closely with office staff and field staff.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate documentation to assist in the project process.
- Visit job sites up to 20-30% of the time.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more as a Project Manager in the construction-based industry.
- Bachelor's degree, or related experience.
- MS Office, Sage, BlueBeam, Procore, On Screen Takeoff, or other industry related software's knowledge.
- Proactive thinker.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
