Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee one of our largest contracts. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the contract.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and manage competing priorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management background.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Must be adaptable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including walking and site inspections.
