Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Manager to join our team at Air Sea Packing Group, LLC. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our exclusive clientele, managing complex projects, and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage project documentation, including estimates, work orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate the delivery and pickup of customer property, working with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs, utilizing a consultative approach to develop estimates and work orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reviewing and approving freight invoices and commercial invoices for exports and imports.
  • Provide general customer service, including answering phones and directing clients and calls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or international shipping coordination.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on providing world-class customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, negotiable based on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
