We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Salesforce Developer to become a valuable member of our development teams, contributing to the delivery of top-notch software solutions. Collaborating closely with program managers, product owners, and scrum teams, the developer will ensure the effective prioritization and implementation of new features.


Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business requirements.
  • Crafting custom code utilizing Apex, triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
  • Developing user-friendly interfaces through Lightning components and Lightning web components.

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and refinement.
  • Offering technical support, troubleshooting, and user training services.
  • Staying abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and adhering to best practices.
  • Documenting solutions, configurations, and integrations for future reference.
  • Enhancing performance and identifying avenues for process refinement.
  • Maintaining adherence to rigorous security standards and data privacy regulations.


Requirements:


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, exhibiting expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration experience.
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and executing intricate Salesforce solutions, encompassing custom applications and integrations with external systems.
  • Profound comprehension of Salesforce's best practices, architectural principles, and security considerations.
  • Bachelors Degree required and Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II (highly desired)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
  • Exceptional proficiency in problem-solving, coupled with the ability to thrive within a collaborative team setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
