Human Resources Manager

Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Manager on a contract basis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client by implementing and overseeing various HR processes and procedures. You will be responsible for writing comprehensive job descriptions, assisting with open enrollment, and utilizing HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Document HR Processes and Procedures:
- Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Streamline HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Write Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and appealing job descriptions for various roles within the organization.
- Ensure job descriptions are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Open Enrollment:
- Assist with the annual open enrollment process, working closely with benefits providers to ensure smooth implementation.
- HRIS Experience:
- Leverage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate employee records, track HR metrics, and generate reports for management.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 plus years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on process development, job description writing, open enrollment, and HRIS management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems (e.g., [specific HRIS software]).
