Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Tag-Connect located in Burlingame, CA. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, optimizing production efficiency, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery. The role will involve coordinating with and overseeing cross-functional teams, suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Experience in supervisory management, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Experience in electronics or engineering industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
