Title: Office Manager/Sales Administration Support

Salary: $70,000 to 90,000 +Bonus

Location: Norwalk, CT

We are a young, rapidly growing Asset Management firm seeking a top-performing candidate to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with life insurance clients’ policyholders, handling individual policy requests and general office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
  • Manage oversight and payment of corporate and fund expenses.
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including maintaining filing systems, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact databases and employee lists.
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested.
  • Assist case managers with sending out contracting and underwriting packages, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist case managers with reviewing, scanning, and organizing returned contracting and underwriting documents.
  • Manage leads using our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, predicting, avoiding, and resolving challenges with initiative and persistence.
  • Create and maintain client/customer reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain internal process and procedure documents.
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback/surveys.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain collaborative and effective relationships.
  • Excellent time-management, people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
