  • Helpdesk offering in-person, on-phone, and virtual/remote support for hardware and software issues.
  • 5 + years of enterprise IT experience supporting at least 200 users.
  • Enterprise remote mobile device management.
  • Enterprise user equipment provisioning, installing, maintenance – smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP, and POTS phones.
  • Enterprise asset inventory management, including procurement, assignment, retirement, and disposal.
  • Printer management – local and network printer setup, install, troubleshooting.
  • Authoring and upkeep of documents for User Guides and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
  • Audio/video conferencing equipment support and maintenance.
  • End-user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos.
  • Maintenance of locomotive passenger WIFI, passenger information, and automatic passenger count systems.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid Class C Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUIs within the last three years.
