Job Description

  1. To carry out multi-task management with cross-country cross-department working partners for project promotion and implementation, remote working ability and excellent project management skills are required.
  2. Possess a wealth of knowledge and system at ic understanding of the US e-commerce market, the logistics industry, and regional markets. Be able to keenly capture industry trends and apply the understanding of the industry to the formation and optimization of solutions to ensure business competitiveness.
  3. Responsible for the business negotiation and contract management of business partners and suppliers, partner ecosystem and lifecycle management, improving the operational capabilities of different types of partners, and realizing the benign replacement of partners.
  4. Familiar with the regulations and procedures of import and export of goods and cross-border parcels sin the United States, introduce local customs clearance resources, manage and assess customs brokers, including KPI assessment of customs brokers, cost control, and supervise and manage whether the behavior of customs brokers is inline with customs and local laws and regulations, whether it will affect the company's reputation or interests, etc.;
  5. Complete the customs clearance daily and weekly reports intime, including normal and abnormal customs clearance monitoring;
  6. Plan local customs clearance ports, including customs project management;
  7. Planning and construction of relevant customs systems;


Position Requirement

  1. Above 1-2 years of working experience in well-known international freight forwarders or MNCs must have practical experience in operation management;
  2. Familiar with US import B2C customs declaration operations and processes, familiar with the compliance of US customs and other departments;
  3. Experience in project management, strong customs productization ability;
  4. Excellent stress resistance,result-oriented;
  5. Excellent data analysis ability;
  6. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
