We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join us Additionally, the job will also include the responsibility for managing the process of importation/exportation of our products from our two third party warehouses.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic international team and gain experience of working with industry leading FMCG brands and major international customers.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Lead Customer Service Department:

  • Orders entry and follow up on shipping and delivery status.
  • Arrange transportation and assemble customs documentation if necessary.
  • Invoicing and collections
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and suppliers at all time.
  • Solving customer inquiries and problems
  • Improving strategies and procedures

 

Manage inventories in third party warehouses.

  • Maintaining and updating inventory records
  • Receive and inventory stock in computer.
  • Order entry and follow up with suppliers for order confirmation.

 

Ensure smooth import/export process.

·         Follow up orders from overseas (order placement, order accuracy, tracking, ETA communication to customers, transportation to warehouse, etc..)

·         Ensure all parties receive appropriate documents (supplier, custom broker, carrier and final customer):  ISF filing, TTB form, correct container info, commercial invoice, DI, etc…

 

You will be asked the following requirements:

-          5-8 years in Customer Care with some knowledge on transportation and import of products from overseas.

-          Be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office and Teams

-          Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is a plus

-          Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

-          Excellent communication skills with both internal and external persons

-          Team player

-          Pro active and solution driven

-          Commitment to offering quality and attention to details

-          Previous experience with a ship chandler or freight forwarding business a plus.

-          Previous experience with import/export wine and spirit a plus.

-          English is a must.
