1. Senior Market Manager (Accommodations)


The Mission: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to revolutionize how travelers find and book accommodations in the US. You'll spearhead strategies to drive growth, build market dominance, and champion our brand.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of market managers, driving performance, and optimizing results.
  • Forge and expand strategic partnerships with major hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals providers.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to optimize product offerings and maintain competitiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, building brand awareness and strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless strategy alignment and project execution.
  • Develop a high-performing team through continuous coaching, mentorship, and talent development.


You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years in business development/account management within the online travel or hospitality industry, including a track record of strong leadership and people management.
  • Industry Expertise: Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry in the Americas market.
  • Analytical Mindset: High level of numerical and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to communicate value and forge lasting partnerships with key industry leaders.
  • Results-Oriented & Adaptable: Driven by a desire to exceed goals and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion & Integrity: Committed to improving the travel experience, with integrity as a core value.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capable of connecting the dots between suppliers and customers to optimize strategies.
  • Fluency in Spanish: A significant advantage.


2. Business Development (BD) Manager (Car Rental)


The Mission: Expand our car rental services by forging strategic partnerships and securing competitive offerings. You'll play a key role in enhancing our customer experience and driving growth.


What You'll Do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue partnerships with top national, regional, and local car rental providers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that offer our customers the best value.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and bookings.
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge.


You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful business development experience, preferably within the travel or car rental industry.
  • A track record of successful negotiations and building lasting partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a significant advantage.
