Title – Incentive Compensation Lead
Hours: 8 - 5 - Hybrid (1 day a week)
Pay: 130,000

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in compensation.
- 2+ years of experince handling incentive/sales compensation
- Experince utilizing workday
Summary of Position:
The Incentive Compensation Professional collaborates with the Vice President of Total Rewards and the Compensation Committee to streamline the design and oversight of our Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP). Responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Incentive Compensation Program, this role focuses on optimizing workflows to boost efficiency.
Position Description:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to design, implement, and manage the company's Incentive Compensation Plans (ICPs) to align with business objectives and drive performance.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for incentive compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, benchmarking data, and industry best practices to optimize incentive compensation plans and policies continuously.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Sales, and Legal, to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding incentive compensation programs.
- Oversee the administration and governance of incentive compensation processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on incentive compensation matters, including plan mechanics, eligibility criteria, and payout calculations.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of incentive compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in incentive compensation practices and regulations, proactively recommending enhancements or adjustments as needed.
