Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate + Event Manager at Cafe Natalie in Houston, TX. The Sales Associate + Event Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, conducting tastings, managing and coordinating events, maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
