Position: Operations and Customer Support Specialist
Location: Central San Diego
Duration: Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Pay Rate: $20- $23 / hr
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm ONSITE
Growing, industry recognized organization has an open Operations Support Specialist role This organization is known for their great environment and strong training programs. As the Ops. Support team member you will be responsible for assisting customers in the finance and broker-dealer industry. To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills, will handle about 50 calls a day, and assist interpreting policies.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers, 40 - 50 per day
Assist customers with setting up accounts
Help interpret policies, resolve issues and educate on procedures
Process ACH requests, update accounts and reset passwords
Escalate complex issues and work with leadership to resolve
Answer questions regarding funds, stocks and other financial items
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Bachelor Degree but not required
Call Center / Customer Service experience
Preferred 1+ year Financial Industry / Banking experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
