Medical Sales Representative

A $540M Medical and Aesthetics Manufacturer with a healthy pipeline and strong R&D focus.
They are expanding their sales team due to 2 recent product launches in 2023. These products will be industry game-changers.
In this role, you will be aggressively focused on new business development with a goal to set 5 appointments daily and close an average of 1-2 capital equipment deals monthly. These are in-person prospecting calls (must live in the Nashville area) to physicians and surgeons including specialists in OBGYN, Urology, and Dermatology.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $60k, OTE $150k-$180k year 1.
- Uncapped + accelerators.

The Right Background:
- 1+ years of sales experience in an outside B2B heavy cold calling environment.
- Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment.
- Competitive HUNTER.
- Ability to travel 6-10 overnights/month.
