Level: Manager

Location: Hybrid Role in Coral Gables Office (3 Days a week in-person)



The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set project timelines
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Manage large-scale projects from inception through final delivery.
  • Provides client-facing schedules and / or dashboards to share progress and information
  • Follow and adhere to established GlueIQ best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Successfully manage multiple vendors, partners, and clients to ensure best outcome for both clients and GlueIQ
  • Hold weekly project status meetings and author weekly project status reports
  • Deliver direction to internal and external vendors as needed to ensure tasks are executed accordingly.
  • Participate in creative resourcing meetings to assist in project workload and prioritization.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risk and work with project team on effective mitigation plans.
  • Identify lapsed processes and initiate process improvements with team.
  • Instill diversity, equity, and belonging principals to ensure a respectful, accepted, and valued treatment of all.

 


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • 6+ years project management experience
  • Proficient in using project management systems to share and track information, schedules, and deliverables
  • Good self-awareness of working style and time-management skills
  • Experience with managing multiple work streams and/or multiple clients.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsof Office
  • Commitment to working 3 days a week (in person ) in Coral Gables office
