  • Oversee all aspects of glazing projects, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and fabrication shops to achieve top-notch results.
  • Ensure top-notch execution of glazing systems, from intricate curtain walls to dazzling storefronts.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into stunning Miami masterpieces.
  • Manage project finances and keep stakeholders informed of progress.


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading complex glazing projects (curtain walls a plus) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in architectural drawings, glazing systems, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) a major advantage.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
