Key Responsibilities:


Production Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Optimize the use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Report on production metrics, including efficiency, costs, and output.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues that arise during production.
  • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.


Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, including leads, operators, and sanitation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.


Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure all staff are trained in safety protocols.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding production status, challenges, and opportunities.



Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and other relevant quality and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
