As our Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing high-profile projects, collaborating with top-tier clients, and leading our talented team to success. You’ll be responsible for everything from material procurement and skid production to shipping logistics, site installation, and equipment startup. You'll also play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities and expanding our footprint in the Columbus, OH area.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage large-scale skid manufacturing and installation projects near Columbus, OH.
  • Drive cost efficiency and maintain project timelines through collaboration with prefabrication subcontractors.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and steering the sales and bidding process for future projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including estimating, field productivity, cash flow management, coordination with other trades, customer satisfaction, and change order management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project invoicing to sustain healthy cash flow.
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and junior staff, fostering the next generation of project management talent.
  • Prepare competitive estimates, budgets, and proposals to win new projects and clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Construction Management (CM), or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of proven success managing large-scale mechanical and/or piping projects, preferably with a Mechanical Contractor.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Track Record: Experience managing projects above $10M with progressive responsibilities.

  • Expertise in BIM design and construction management.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping quality and timelines on track.
