The Associate Photographer also will be responsible for:

  • Supporting marketing efforts in industry-leading marketplaces, by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Creating a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
  • Working closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
  • Communicating with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
  • Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.
  • Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, as well as organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
  • Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment
