Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategic planning, business partnership plus reporting for the PE backers. Primary Duties
- Support the long-range planning process and model, mapping drivers to operational performance to help the business make strategic choices
- Maintain, build, and interpret forecast models to accurately depict current growth trajectory
- Guide process and decisions related to working capital, funding, and investments; enable our team to operate quickly and confidently, while maintaining appropriate levels of leverage and liquidity
- Identify and evaluate business development activities, including M&A and partnerships, and effectively onboard/integrate companies upon acquisition
