Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with finance leadership across various departments to evaluate financial performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Finance to project both earnings and risk implications of strategic initiatives.
  • Organize intricate information in a strategic manner, showcasing strong design skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Rapidly create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis to guide decision-making processes.
  • Establish robust business partnerships at multiple levels while informing and influencing strategic financial choices.
  • Conduct significant ad hoc financial reporting, presentation development, and financial analysis.
  • Mentor and train financial analysts.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience supporting a finance department, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proactive in identifying business questions, structuring analyses logically, extracting relevant insights, and communicating effectively.
  • Advanced skills in generating complex reports, synthesizing analyses, and articulating conclusions through verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize competing demands on concurrent large, complex projects and initiatives.
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, financial reporting tools, and financial software.
  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or a similar degree/certification.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, financial statements, and accounting principles, with relevant financial/business analysis experience in commercial banking or the financial services sector.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
