What You'll Be Doing:
As a National Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the daily point of contact for clients and technicians. You'll handle support tickets related to move-add-changes, troubleshooting, and break-fix issues nationwide. Your main responsibilities include:
- Scheduling Technicians: Ensuring timely and efficient scheduling for field services.
- Client Service: Delivering top-notch customer service and support.
- Issue Resolution: Assisting with resolving field issues and closing tickets promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate between clients and technicians.
- Ensure support services are scheduled and completed on time.
- Provide estimates for small to medium-sized projects.
- Manage field technician activities, on-site contacts, and client communication.
- Update CRM and project management software with project statuses.
- Work with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Networking
- Access Control
- CCTV
- Low Voltage Cabling
- Wireless Networks
- AV Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off the list.
- Customer-obsessed, with a sense of urgency to maintain high client satisfaction.
