What You'll Be Doing:

As a National Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the daily point of contact for clients and technicians. You'll handle support tickets related to move-add-changes, troubleshooting, and break-fix issues nationwide. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling Technicians: Ensuring timely and efficient scheduling for field services.
  • Client Service: Delivering top-notch customer service and support.
  • Issue Resolution: Assisting with resolving field issues and closing tickets promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate between clients and technicians.
  • Ensure support services are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Provide estimates for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Manage field technician activities, on-site contacts, and client communication.
  • Update CRM and project management software with project statuses.
  • Work with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Networking
  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Low Voltage Cabling
  • Wireless Networks
  • AV Systems
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
  • Problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off the list.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a sense of urgency to maintain high client satisfaction.
